Hi! I'm Angela.

I'm a mum of two, and a paediatric Speech Pathologist.​

I graduated from the University of Sydney, and have worked in private practice and rurally.

​

I love working with kids! Feeding difficulties with both of my children as infants, inspired a true interest in all things feeding and oral motor based. My special interest areas are early communication development, motor speech and speech sound disorders, and feeding difficulties. 

​

We need to view our children holistically. In supporting their regulation and attention needs, and understanding what drives them, we can have truly great outcomes with their learning. Working closely with local ENT's, OTs, dentists and paediatricians AND parents, ensures the best outcomes for your child and your familly.

Over the years, I've done additional training in the following:

- Hanen It Takes Two, Hanen More Than Words

- PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets)

- Feeding programs including SOS (Sequential Oral  Sensory) and Responsive Feeding, following Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility.

- Oromyofunctional Disorders and therapy

Outside of work, I love baking with my girls, painting - you'll spot some of these in my clinic! and attempting to grow a green thumb.
